What is Zero Point Meditation?
ZPM – Void meditation is an ancient form of meditation that comes from techniques that are over 30,000 years old. These are called vacuum techniques or vacuum techniques (Ling Kung Jing), hence the name Zero Point Meditation, which refers to accessing the void or the energy of a “singularity” as this concept is defined in quantum physics. ZPM (Zero Point Meditation/Mindfulness meditatio)n is a technique inscribed in every person’s chromosomal information, in DNA. I discovered this form of meditation at the age of 14 when I first reached meditation. The shock was so great that I was scared and 30 seconds later, I returned to my normal way of thinking. Because reaching the state involves reaching a specific frequency of brain and body waves, it took me almost 15 years to replicate the state of meditation in the usual way. ZPM/Void meditation has 2 components: The technical component, what you actually need to do to reach the state of meditation. The vibrational or esoteric component, which is the reference point to be transmitted/transferred by someone who has experienced and stabilized the state of meditation. The transmission of this reference point does not require special knowledge or initiation. The transmission of the reference point implies the active presence of a vibrational field (morphogenetic field) that resonates in the frequency of the meditation state to activate the DNA of the learner of the technique. The vibrational component is sine qua non. It is the key to the system. Due to the lack of vibrational component in my practice, it took 15 years to reach the state of meditation again.
