What is biohacking?
The science of taking deliberate control over your own biology — instead of leaving it to chance, ageing, or guesswork.
Explore the 9 pillars
Self-control is strength. Calm is mastery. You have to reach a point where your state of mind doesn’t shift based on someone else’s insignificant actions. Don’t let others control the direction of your life. Don’t let your emotions overwhelm your wisdom. Take control of your biology. That’s Biohacking!
This definition sounds good — I adapted it for today’s world — but is that really it? Is that truly what biohacking means? As usual, these lines aren’t born from a desire to explain something that’s hard to explain. They’re born because it’s necessary.
Biohacking is about pushing consciousness and the body past their usual limits.
Biohacking is about your own exit from the comfort zone.
Biohacking is about discipline, purpose and consistency where the usual methods fail.
And especially, it’s about time — the whole idea of immortality is simple:
die young, as late as possible.
I didn’t start biohacking because it sounded interesting. I started at 12, devouring science fiction and anything I could find on genetics and alchemy, because I was already obsessed with one question: what are the actual rules this body runs on?
At 18 and a half, I said publicly that I wanted to live 1,000 years. You can imagine how many people laughed. I got called crazy more times than I can count. But whoever laughs last, laughs best — and I’ve been running the same strategy for over 35 years since.
The idea that made it real came from a conversation with someone whose identity I won’t share — he taught me more than any book did. He asked me a simple question: why do you actually want to live 1,000 years? I gave him nonsense answers for a year and a half. Eventually I understood: what I actually wanted was time. And time is the one thing that can’t be replaced — only added to.
I started calisthenics at 50. Not because I was already strong — because I wasn’t, and I wanted to know if the body could still be rebuilt from there. Today my metabolic age reads 36. My chronological age is 53. That’s not a marketing line. That’s a CompoScan printout, and it’s the only argument I actually trust.
What is biohacking? A word with no single definition — until you make it precise
If you’re looking for a clean biohacking definition, human optimization is the closest short answer — but it’s not complete.
The term surfaced in the early 2000s from two directions at once: Rob Carlson used it to describe molecular biology tools escaping the university lab into the hands of individuals; Kevin Warwick, a cybernetics professor, pushed a more radical branch — implants extending human senses. The word entered Merriam-Webster’s dictionary in 2018, defined broadly as biological experimentation — gene editing, drugs, implants — carried out to enhance living organisms, usually outside traditional research settings. Dave Asprey is cited by name in that same entry, and defines his own work as “the art and science of becoming superhuman.”
That’s a useful definition. It’s just not complete for what I teach. Asprey talks about making the body work better and more efficiently. I’m interested in something a level deeper — reprogramming genetic expression, reversing biological age, augmenting consciousness itself. Not optimisation. Not efficiency. The closest word I have for it is transcendence.
So here is my own definition, built over 30 years of practice, not theory:
Biohacking is the practice of using data, biology, and self-experimentation to change how your body performs — measurably, and on purpose. Not a lifestyle trend. Not a collection of tips. A mechanism-first discipline, applied for years, not weeks.
The keyword is program. Your mind runs programs first. Your body runs on genetic, epigenetic, emotional, chemical and cultural programs stacked on top of each other. Biohacking, at its core, is about coordinating those programs — not fighting them, not ignoring them. It is not about becoming superhuman. It is about removing the false inputs — false time, false light, false water, false food — that keep the body running below its actual potential. Once you stop lying to your biology, it stops lying to you back.
In biohacking, everything is about time
It looks like it’s about nutrition, supplements, protocols, energy, focus, anti-ageing. It isn’t. It’s about time. And if you don’t understand time, you cannot do biohacking — you can only execute techniques you saw someone else use.
Here’s the part that sounds like a contradiction until it doesn’t: there is no time. There is only energy, and the speed at which it moves. Time is a convention. What actually matters is staying in the game — energy, and the result of the process.
Energy condenses into speed.
Speed condenses into perception.
Perception condenses into time.
In biohacking, everything is about time.
I also train. But not like everyone else — the difference is putting time itself inside the equation, and that changes everything about how a protocol is designed.
The biohacking market is full of wrong answers
The wellness and biohacking market is worth hundreds of billions of dollars. That guarantees exactly one thing: you’ll be flooded with contradictory information, false promises, and “experts” with three weeks of certification.
Simple math: a well-known “Certified Biohacker” course costs $97 and has produced 411,000 graduates. If you’re one of 411,000, you’re not a biohacker — you’re a number on a list. It doesn’t teach you to think or live like one. A 2019 BMJ analysis of 150 common wellness claims found fewer than 10% held up under randomised controlled trials. The gold standard — functional medicine board certification — requires 100+ hours of clinical training. A three-week online course meets no comparable bar.
Here is what almost nobody in this space has: years of real experimentation on their own body, not on theory, combined with a verifiable, measurable proof of concept. Not “I feel great.” A number. A scan. A repeatable result.
And that is the design. Everything on this site, every protocol, every pillar, has been run on one body first — mine — before it was ever offered to anyone else. If a mechanism didn’t hold up over years, it doesn’t appear here. That’s the entire filter.
Five traps, in order
I see everything through the lens of available energy — energy that compresses into time, perception, experience. At 18 I realised I could get there fast if I was clever and had time on my side. It took me many years more to realise that far is only reached together, not alone. Here’s why it took so long:
Everyone starts foolish. There are tools, and there’s hope.
Get past the first one, and this is what’s waiting.
Escape ego, and power is next in line.
Escape that, and biological decline is waiting. This is the one that made me build an entire system.
To be fully honest, there’s a fifth trap — the most dangerous one. The trap of the visionary. That one is for the advanced courses.
I am not a role model. I’m proof it’s possible.
I’m not some epic figure to follow. I live and I compensate. I’m not a biohacking icon selling you a fairy tale. I eat, I drink, I smoke occasionally, I enjoy life. I lose sleep, then I recover it. I work hard, I pay for it, and I know how to recover from that too. I’m not a saint or a guru. I’m a biohacker — and what I’ve achieved, I achieved with these exact biohacks, with science and discipline.
When performance athletes come to me, you know how I convince them? I hand them a jar of Thot Aminos and send them home, or back to training. I tell them to call me in a week if they’re still sore. These are people who’ve lived with muscle soreness for years — it’s just part of their life. Surprise: not anymore. They convince themselves. Simple. Effective. Demonstrable. Measurable.
Nine things biohacking actually changes
Self-control is power. Calm is mastery. You have to reach a point where your state of mind doesn’t shift with someone else’s insignificant actions, or your body’s. Don’t let anything control the direction of your life. Take control of your biology. This is biohacking.
Hydration is the single most important factor in biohacking. Without water there is no life, no biohacking — only suffering. We measure and offer fast solutions for people who are dehydrated.
Water is life, and most people are dehydrated. Find out why, and how to rebalance this factor. It is not complicated. It is actually simple.
Today we have every tool needed to reverse age. More is possible, of course, but you have to build the foundation of longevity first. You learn to walk, then you learn to run.
Digestive optimisation — microbiome, stomach, liver, small intestine, large intestine, mapping the enzyme and amino acid profile. All of this can be solved through nutrition. A methylation genetic test, done once in your life, can be necessary to map your current situation.
Rebuild your muscles — the number one anti-ageing factor. Sarcopenia and osteopenia are the most dangerous degeneration factors for the human body. We offer solutions that work 4 times faster than conventional methods, using only 100% natural approaches.
The human body is 60% collagen. It depends on two elements we don’t produce ourselves: L-lysine and ascorbic acid. Learn how to make your own collagen and repair your joints, skin, and any other part of the body that needs immediate care.
Every rejuvenation technique requires the internal production of hormones and neurotransmitters. We believe in supplying the body’s precursors, so it produces exactly what it needs, on its own, exactly when it needs it.
It makes sense: if you have more energy, you perform better than others. Learn how to increase your energy and optimise your consumption — both are necessary if you don’t want to run yourself into the ground. In biohacking, everything is connected to ENERGY. Nothing is more important.
We need to develop new functional cells. Your DNA doesn’t age. We simply don’t create the environment that forces it to grow again. Advanced epigenetics and biohacking can do exactly that.
Get rid of brain inflammation, brain fog, procrastination, lack of energy and focus. All of this is within your reach right now, with next-generation amino acids small enough to cross the blood-brain barrier. Add natural boosters and nootropics, and you can function at peak parameters in business, school, life — any domain.
Measured data
“The secret of immortality is to die young — as late as possible.”
Complete Medicine — not alternative, not conventional
Biohacking, done properly, is not a bag of hacks. It’s a system. My own version of it is called Complete Medicine — the deliberate combination of what conventional medicine gets right, what functional medicine gets right, and what 30 years of direct self-experimentation actually proves, tested on one living body: mine.
The system has a name — NABAB: Nutrition, Anti-Aging, Body Augmentation, Biohacking. It’s not a marketing acronym. It’s a map. When I started teaching this systematically, the same problem kept showing up: people asked about advanced supplementation before they had a nutritional foundation. They asked about molecular anti-ageing before they understood enzymatic nutrition. It was like trying to build the second floor without a foundation — or repair a plane’s engine while it’s still flying.
Nutrition comes first for a reason: it’s the raw material for every biochemical process in the body. A high-performance engine on bad fuel still breaks down. And eating isn’t the same as nourishing — almost nothing you eat reaches the cell in the form you ate it. Everything gets transformed, methylated. That’s the real key: methylation.
And one question sits above all four, the one I keep coming back to as AI reshapes everything else in our lives: if a machine can now write, code, diagnose, and design — what’s left that’s undeniably yours? The body. The one thing that can’t be outsourced. After AI, biohacking is what remains.
There is no profile. There is one condition.
I’m not interested in convincing anyone. Some people read the paragraphs above and feel something click. Others feel nothing, and that’s fine too — this isn’t for everyone, and it was never supposed to be.
If you recognise yourself on the left — keep reading everything on this site. If you recognise yourself on the right, that’s useful information too. Either way, the body doesn’t care which side you’re on. It just responds to what you actually do.
If this is more than curiosity
Everything above is the entry point. The full system — mechanism by mechanism, protocol by protocol — is taught once, in full, in the Biohacking Master Class. 10 modules. 120+ hours. From zero to a complete, personal, working system. I do not abandon you at the end — there’s after-program support built in, and I personally select every candidate. Do not become attached to me; become independent of needing me.
