Why drinking water does not
mean hydration
Every client I have ever tested believes they drink enough water. They track the quantity. They calculate litres. Some carry 2L bottles everywhere. And yet — cellularly dehydrated, every single time.
The reason is not how much they drink. The reason is the electrical charge of the water.
Water exposed to light loses its negatively charged hydrogen ions within minutes to hours. Tap water, bottled water, filtered water — all are, for the most part, positively charged or neutral. They cannot enter cells.
Water from deep in the earth — spring water that has never been exposed to light — carries a negative charge. That is real water. That is the water your cells are looking for.
The water inside your cells is negatively charged. It is a structured gel called EZ water (H₃O₂) — the fourth phase of water, confirmed by Gerald Pollack at the University of Washington. This is the standard we are aiming for. Not pH, not alkalinity — electrical charge.
pH is not the critical factor — regardless of what the alkaline water industry claims. Your stomach is strongly acidic. It neutralises the pH of any water within seconds. But ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) — the electrical charge — survives this process. That is what matters.
The problem in one sentence: the cell membrane carries a positive charge. Positively charged water repels a positively charged membrane. Water does not enter.

The cellular hydration scale
When I assess a new client, the first number I look at is total body water percentage (TBW%). This single measurement tells me almost everything I need to know about the state of their biological systems.
Improving cellular hydration is slow: approximately 1–2% per month with the correct protocol. It is not a quick fix. It is a biological reconstruction.
Why water does not
enter your cells
This is the sequence most people have never seen explained. It is the difference between understanding hydration and actually achieving it.
There is another level few people understand. Muscles store negatively charged water — they act as biological batteries. This is one of the explanations for why resistance training (especially isometric) accelerates cellular hydration — larger muscles store more structured water.

Over 30 years I have tested everything available. Most do not work or work marginally. The following three approaches deliver consistent, measurable results. Use one, use them all — any action toward negative charge is better than nothing.
Electrolytes —
the minerals that make it all possible
Negatively charged water cannot do the work without the correct mineral environment. Electrolytes create the ionic gradient that drives water in and out of cells — they are the essential co-factors of any hydration protocol.
They work together as the sodium-potassium pump — one of the most fundamental cellular mechanisms. Without adequate levels, cells cannot maintain correct volume or electrical gradient. Deficiency is extremely common in people on modern diets.
Critical and almost universally deficient in modern populations. Involved in over 300 enzymatic processes, it plays a key role in maintaining the electrical negativity of intracellular water and in muscular function. MAG-B-NOX — my formulation — addresses this deficiency directly.
Naturally dissolved in mineral water, it buffers acidity in the interstitial space. Chronic interstitial acidosis is one of the major barriers to cellular hydration — and one of the primary causes of systemic inflammation.
Add a pinch of unprocessed natural salt (Himalayan or sea salt — not processed table salt) to your water when high-quality mineral water is not available. Sodium from unprocessed salt helps maintain the ionic gradient. It is not a complete solution — but it is better than distilled or filtered water with no minerals.

At 63–65% cellular hydration, the body has sufficient reserve so that moderate coffee and alcohol consumption produces no lasting negative impact — the system recovers. Tissue changes are also measurable. At 53 years: elastic skin, no significant wrinkles, biological ageing markers significantly below chronological age.
You cannot build Level 2 on a dehydrated body. Every other system — nutrition, sleep, training, emotional regulation — depends on water as the operating medium. Hydration is the first pillar because it is the prerequisite for everything that follows.
How to measure
your real hydration
You cannot manage what you do not measure. The good news is that basic measurement is accessible and inexpensive.
Hydration at Level 2 —
where it goes further
Level 1 hydration means reaching 60–65% and stabilising there. This alone will transform energy, skin, cognition and metabolic function.
At Level 2 — Anti-aging — we go further. Once the foundation is solid, advanced tools become relevant. Infopathy technology, developed in collaboration with Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier, allows biological frequencies to be imprinted into water — a Level 2 amplifier for EZ water structure.
