Yes, NOTHING BEATS HUNGER. And I don’t mean food only.

READ THIS BEFORE.
The hunger you have is not for food. It’s feeding. The difference between the two is the difference between surviving and living.
We live in the most nourished society in history — and we are starving. It’s not ironic. It’s the architecture of a system that keeps you quiet with bread and circuses, and that collapses right now, as you read this.
If you’re in a relationship, a partnership, a family, a business that doesn’t feed you — you already know what’s next. Hunger always wins. The only driver stronger than fear.
My friend, how much can you lie to yourself that you are hungry?

Part One: The Most Powerful Driver You Have
I’ve been mulling this subject for some time. I abstain. And at some point I can’t anymore.
If I were to bet on something that has the best chance of winning in terms of human behavior — ONE THING — that would be hunger.
Green horses on the walls. Everyone says that they have, that they drink, that they can, that they do, that they are right, that they are tricky. If you make them fast — if you test any individual by starvation — you’ll see how simple they are.
If there are still some trained with fasting and discipline, maybe they will last for a while. What about the rest? In a proportion of 90-95%, it comes out with a scandal if you take away their food and drink. That’s it.
I bet 98% of my money on hunger. You can’t fail.
Hunger is the basis of the food chain in the Universe. In all dimensions. You can’t fake that, and if you haven’t already understood how things are, it means you’re still on the menu.
I have a harsh saying that goes like this:
“If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu”
But that’s not the news.
The news is that hunger is not just physical. Emotional hunger, energy hunger, hunger for comfort, hunger to really be seen—they work EXACTLY the same. The same mechanisms. Same breaking thresholds. The same apparent resistance followed by the same inevitable collapse.
And the most interesting thing: hunger is stronger than fear.
Fear is considered the basic instinct. The most primitive emotion. The one that everyone recognizes and to which everyone reacts. Well—when you’re really hungry, you get over your fear. You’re no longer afraid that he will catch you, that he will put you in, that he will beat you up. When you’re hungry, you’re hungry.
“Hunger always wins. The only thing you can’t lie to endlessly.”

Part Two: The 4 Types of Hunger Society Ignores – Nothing beats Hunger
There is not a single hunger. There are four. And we, as a society, treat only one — and we do it badly.
1. Physical Hunger — the only one we recognize
We all know what it looks like. We treat it with food. Sometimes with good food, more often with whatever we find. We overeat, and yet we are malnourished — because food without real nutrients does not nourish, no matter how much you consume.
But that’s another discussion. Physical hunger is at least visible. The other three are invisible.
2. Emotional hunger — the one that destroys relationships
Couples break up. Friendships are broken. Business partnerships are broken. Why?
Well, of course they break. If they don’t feed each other — if I don’t find in my interaction with you something to nourish me, something to actually calm me down — why the hell should I stay with you? I’m going somewhere else.
This is happening more and more often. It’s not a moral crisis. It’s a feeding crisis.
The question is: when emotional hunger is high, how long can you lie to yourself that you are not hungry? You stay in a relationship, in the family, in marriage, in partnership. How much can you lie to yourself?
3. Energy Hunger — the one that no one calls
There are interactions that fill you up. And there are interactions that empty you.
It’s not what they say. It’s what it’s about. The frequency you bring into the space when you enter a room. What remains after you leave. If the other person feels more alive or tired after staying with you.
That’s what I call energy hunger. It is real, measurable by its effects, and almost never discussed as such in ordinary contexts — relationships, business, family.
4. The hunger to be seen—the deepest
This is mine. I haven’t read it in any book. It derives from observation and the fact that the mind feeds itself attentively. Put that into your head because it can save your life. We are oversaturated with fun and concern.
Statistically speaking, after food we consume the average. It is the second form that society controls. If yes, it consumes enormously. A lot and bad.
Between adults this is the basis of the game. It’s the foundation. And it is most of the time unconscious. But it is. We want to be seen, we desperately give our hands and mouths to be seen.
But there are other types of interaction. With children, for example.
I was with a small child a few days ago. Both OK, both present. At one point — after a period of interaction in which we didn’t ignore each other, we saw each other — the child came to me, looked badly, so did I, after that I made her laugh and so did her. He recognized us
This kind of interaction — I see you, you see me, I see that you see me and you see that I see you — FEED. Heals.
I know that for many it seems nonsense. But I’ve been in this business for over 35 years — nutrition, medicine, biohacking — and I’ve seen enough cases of spontaneous cures to know exactly how the mechanism works.
The man in front is coming. I see him. He sees that I see him. And at one point he realizes, “Well — this one really sees me.”
As long as you, throughout that period, shook hands: “I’m here too. Pay attention to me.” Every day, in every possible and impossible way. And one day someone sees you. In that second, something absolutely incredible is accomplished—an alignment, a connection with something deeper within you.
And no one who went through this at my place came back. Why? Why the hell should you come to me if you have healed?
“To be truly seen — after years of shaking hands — is the spontaneous healing that everyone is looking for and no one calls it right.”

Part Three: Why Social Models Are Exploding
Society is based on a few completely dysfunctional models of human interaction.
Why completely dysfunctional? I’ve been observing them for so many years and I see the same pattern: they don’t work because they don’t feed the individuals who sit in them.
Personal relationships. of the group. Social. Professional. The label doesn’t matter. Man-man, woman-woman, man-woman—the same principle. As long as that form of relationship does not produce nourishment or hunger quenching, it will explode.
And it explodes. For years, louder and louder.
Why don’t people feed each other?
We have tens of thousands of forms of communication — internet, WhatsApp, whatever. And we are handicapped at the level of real communication. Really.
We meet, we talk: “How have you done?” “What have you done?” “I drank a coffee, I went home.” — Stay the hell at home. Our interaction and time are precious. We don’t meet for the sake of meeting. We bring something alive or we don’t bring anything.
We’re so used to communicating in form — not content — that we’ve forgotten what it feels like to have an interaction that really nurtures.
The illusion of love as a universal solution
Leave me with that love you keep saying you have. Love cannot co-exist with fear, and if you live your whole life in fear (different forms), what love are you talking about?
If you gave each other real love, they wouldn’t be sick people. Believe me. You can’t give your body anything to eat—if you give it love and that right frequency, it heals. I guarantee it.
The problem is that we don’t know what love is. It’s an idea about love propagated like nonsense, over and fucking over again. And even if you have it — it exists, it’s not a myth — it doesn’t stay. He comes, he leaves, he comes, he leaves. It’s something that few understand.
Even in a love story, you have to feed me. Not every day with big gestures. But a garden that is not cared for does not bloom. If you don’t rain, weeds grow. Roses do not appear on their own.
So I go back to feeding. In any interaction, if you don’t feel life — if everything is boring, boring, routine — something is missing. And what is missing is not love as an abstract idea. It is nourishment as a concrete act.
Part Four: What’s Actually Missing
You give your body food. You give him a drink. You make him sleepy. You still give him what you find. And they all break down.
Use your brains. Don’t assume that cells are programmed to break down. I’m not. Not at 25, not at 30, not at 40. They are programmed to operate for up to 120 years. That’s right. But until then — what the hell happens?
In fact, we don’t give him something that escapes us.
Our cells are hungry for something we don’t name. We don’t call it because we don’t have a good word in the current medical vocabulary. We call it vague—frequency, energy, vibration, consciousness—and then we are ashamed of the words and move on.
But the body is not ashamed. The body knows exactly what it lacks. And when he doesn’t get it, it breaks. Systematic. Predictable. Like a machine to which you give fuel but you don’t change its oil.
“You give him food, you give him sleep, you give him whatever else you can find — and it still spoils. It’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when you don’t give real food.”
— Bralgei Shackry
Real feeding is about more than macros and micros. It means feeling life within yourself — in your body, in your relationships, in the work you do, in the conversations you have. Don’t go a day without something alive.
And this is the rarest thing in today’s society.
Conclusion: Hunger Does Not Forgive
You can’t lie to yourself endlessly.
You can stay in a relationship that doesn’t nurture you. You can stay in a job that doesn’t feed you. You can stay in a family, a business, a community that doesn’t feed you. You can, for a while.
But hunger wins. Always. It’s the only driver stronger than fear, stronger than comfort, stronger than inertia. Stronger than anything you build on top of it so you don’t feel it.
These social models are about to collapse. Not because people are bad. But because they no longer feed each other, they no longer see each other, they no longer bring anything alive into their interactions.
The question is not if. And when.
And the answer to hunger is not more food, more fun, more scrolling.
The answer is nourishment. Real. Life. Present.
Whoever understands, understands. He who does not understand — will understand when the hunger will be great enough.
